FinFlash ("chúng tôi", "ứng dụng") là ứng dụng học tài chính cá nhân theo hình thức gamification. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn như thế nào khi bạn sử dụng ứng dụng.

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu được chia sẻ với các đối tác sau, chỉ nhằm mục đích vận hành ứng dụng:
Dữ liệu được lưu trữ trên hạ tầng Google Cloud/Firebase với mã hóa khi truyền tải (TLS) và khi lưu trữ. Chúng tôi áp dụng Firestore Security Rules để đảm bảo mỗi người dùng chỉ truy cập được dữ liệu của chính mình.
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa vĩnh viễn tài khoản FinFlash và toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan bất kỳ lúc nào theo các bước sau:
Dữ liệu sẽ bị xóa: tài khoản đăng nhập, tiến trình học tập (XP, streak, huy hiệu, lịch sử bài học), nội dung trò chuyện với AI cố vấn, trạng thái gói đăng ký.
Dữ liệu có thể được giữ lại tối đa 90 ngày sau khi xóa để phục vụ nghĩa vụ kế toán/thuế đối với các giao dịch Premium đã phát sinh (nếu có), sau đó sẽ được xóa hoàn toàn hoặc ẩn danh hóa.
FinFlash không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu từ trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này theo thời gian. Ngày cập nhật gần nhất luôn hiển thị ở đầu trang.

Data is stored on Google Cloud/Firebase infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Firestore Security Rules ensure each user can only access their own data.
You can request permanent deletion of your FinFlash account and all associated data at any time by following these steps:
Data that will be deleted: your login account, learning progress (XP, streaks, badges, lesson history), AI coach chat content, and subscription status.
Data that may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion to fulfill accounting/tax obligations for any completed Premium transactions, after which it is fully deleted or anonymized.
FinFlash is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest update date is always shown at the top.
